Heather Hanson Wickman, PhD, successfully climbed the corporate ladder in healthcare before charting a new path to support senior leaders in evolving their leadership and building soulful organizations. She specializes in organizational change and executive coaching where she has coached executives and organizations on evolved business practices, deep self-awareness, and leadership development.

Heather has a bachelor’s in human resource development, a master’s in human resources and industrial relations, and a PhD in organizational systems. She has a passion for supporting organizations as they transition from traditional beliefs and practices to flexible, adaptable, and conscious ways of work.
