Part One dives deeply into the changing nature of today’s organizations and the need to adapt in order to survive. She specializes in organizational change and executive coaching where she has coached executives and organizations on evolved business practices, deep self-awareness, and leadership development.

Heather has a bachelor’s in human resource development, a master’s in human resources and industrial relations, and a PhD in organizational systems. She has a passion for supporting organizations as they transition from traditional beliefs and practices to flexible, adaptable, and conscious ways of work. She has witnessed profound transformation in organizational leaders across the C-Suite.
